Administration Assistant

Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, successful and well respected Broking Organisation as an Administration Assistant. This role is a full time permanent role based at the company’s Head Office in Bella Vista. While no prior Insurance Industry experience is required, relevant Administration experience in a commercial environment is a prerequisite.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality administrative support as part of the Head Office Administration Team to deliver services to the Group’s various business units  
  • Provide first point of contact for all incoming communication via phone, mail and email
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and vendors and build positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Manage all reception functions, including, branch amenities, coordinating events, meetings, drafting minutes and liaise with other company offices
  • Process client payments and banking related activities
  • Provide administrative support across various operational areas

 

Skills, Competencies and Attributes:

  • Outstanding interpersonal customer service skills
  • Accurate and thorough approach to task completion
  • Ability to work independently and also effectively as part of a team
  • Intermediate PC / email skills and ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Self-structured and resilient to handle the challenges of a dynamic environment
  • High sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage fast pace and deadline driven activities
  • Have a high standard of personal professional presentation
