We are a fast-growing national company seeking highly motivated customer service professional to join our National Call Centre. This role would be for our Varsity Lakes office.
What the role Entails:
- You will be responsible for inbound customer inquiries and Providing timely accurate and exceptional customer service
- Supporting our admin team and providing them with comprehensive assistance
- You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with or internal and external agents
- You will be working as part of a high performing and collaborative Team where your initiative and follow-through will be dependable.
- Managing Client profiles ensuring information is up to date
Applicants will require:
- Have the ability to work 38 hours per week between 7.30 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Exceptional phone manner and oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferable although not imperative
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and plan your time effectively
- Great relationship-building skills internally and externally
- Outstanding organizational skills
- High attention to detail
