A little about the role

This position is responsible for a wide range of effective and efficient administrative supports to the Executive Management Team.

The role will also entail secretariat support to Board and Management Committees and other groups as required.  It will include front of house reception, general administration, resource co-ordination and assistance with event planning.

 

About you

You will be a proactive individual who can demonstrate:

  • Minimum of five years high level administrative/EA experience
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within tight timeframes
  • Fantastic initiative that drives you to pre-empt your next task
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Word
  • Diplomacy and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to proof read internal communications
  • Professional and mature approach to work
  • Proactive in solving problems
