Customer Service & Sales Representative

  • Part-time job share position working Monday to Wednesday 8.40am - 5.00pm.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this position is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as the provision of a high-quality customer service experience resulting in lead generation and/or sign-ups.

This role is ideal for a person who is self motivated and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note: This is a part-time job share position working Monday to Wednesday 8.40am - 5.00pm.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • previous Call Centre experience necessary
  • excellent customer service skills
  • extensive experience in outbound and inbound telephone sales
  • demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills 
  • ability to build and maintain relationships
  • intermediate level of skill with Microsoft products.
