Territory Manager - Orthopaedics / Joint Replacement

Rare opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team based in Gold Coast, QLD.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products
  • Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities
  • Provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience and exposure to sales negotiation and business development practices including territory planning, customer management and lead generation and conversion
  • A previous track record of exceptional performance within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of the medical / hospital markets (preferred)
