Maison Global is a well established property company. Due to business growth, we are seeking a full-time PA to the director.
Our company has valuable client base. Our goal is to help our clients on their journey to wealth success in property investment. We specialise in property sales, long-term and short-term management and property developments. This is a unique opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their careers in property. Experience in real estate is ideal. The ideal candidate will have degree or relevant experience in property, management or hospitality. Must be fluent in English; articulate and has great communication skills. Bi-lingual will be a plus, preferably Mandarin. We need someone who has exceptional work ethic, well presented and focus with an eager to learn attitude.
The Role includes but not limited to:
Assisting Director on task relating to company business
Assisting other department’s senior managers on tasks assigned by the director
Travelling and assisting the director on site or in client meetings.
Preparing and proof reading all documents, email and proposal
Accumulate and summarise information or database relating to property
Represent company attending social events, function and seminars
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary degree/qualification in property/ management/ hospitality
Full Licence and skilled driver
Highly organised, skills to prioritise task and attention to details.
Strong work ethic
Well presented and polished
Excellent in communicating, articulate and well spoken
Able to work under pressure and multi task.
Complete tasks in timely and accurate manner
