Debt Negotiators are currently seeking MULTIPLE dynamic and experienced client engagement professionals to join an exciting and financially rewarding opportunity in our growing team.

Debt Management Consultant

Potential OTE $100,000 +

The Role:
As a Debt Management Consultant, you will be required to assist clients with guidance on how to best manage their debts and provide them with solutions to take control of their financial situation with the aim of becoming debt free. This includes:
Completing a financial profile and discussing possible options
Assisting clients with inbound and outbound enquires
Ensuring an outstanding level of customer service is always met
Managing a large portfolio of clients
Meeting monthly KPI targets whilst ensuring high quality of work and attention to detail
Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst representing the company in an ethical manner

Key Skills and Attributes:
Must have a minimum of 12 months working with debt agreements/insolvency
Previous experience in portfolio management is highly preferred
Self-motivated with the desire to learn quickly
An ability to guide potential customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates empathy and understanding
Driven and dedicated work ethic with a positive attitude
