Great opportunity to join a highly professional & well established Real Estate Office in the Parramatta CBD. 

The position offers a wide variety of duties which include the following:

  • meet & greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • manage the reception area - ensuring excellent presentation
  • answer incoming telephone calls
  • prepare residential leases / assist the property management department
  • marketing and promoting rental properties - data base and internet
  • rent receipts / statutory payments / banking / mail / filing
  • general office assistance & house keeping
  • must be well presented and have excellent communication skills
  • experience desirable
  • required to work Saturday with a day off during the week
