Trainer and Assessor - Nursing background

Put your life-saving skills to work by becoming a Trainer with Premium Health - Australia's premium first aid and healthcare training provider for over 30 years. We are looking for an experienced Trainer and Assessor in Sydney.

As a Sydney Trainer and Assessor, you will;

  • Lead group training classes and share your skills and expertise
  • Work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, from corporate to government to community
  • Enjoy being 'on the go' - travelling to different training locations each day within Sydney's metropolitan suburbs (and occasionally further afield)
  • Undertake continued professional development and gain hands-on experience
  • Have access to innovative training equipment and facilities
  • Be part of a positive, friendly and supportive team
  • Enjoy great working conditions and a rewarding remuneration package (additional unpaid leave during school holidays is negotiable)

Background and Experience. You;

  • MUST reside and hold full working rights in Australia
  • Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • have training experience
  • have demonstrated experience in a role providing first aid to casualties
  • Possess a Working with Children Check or be willing to apply for one
  • are willing to consent to Premium Health conducting a Criminal History Check
  • Hold a current drivers' license
  • Have your own reliable and insured vehicle
  • Are willing to travel around Sydney
  • Are aligned with our company values

The following experience will be highly regarded;

  • Experience with Emergency Services, Life Saving or St John Ambulance
  • Health Professionals with a nursing or paramedic background (your registration does not need to be current) 

Trainers are provided with a comprehensive kit with all the necessary equipment and resources.
