One of the best watering holes in Sydney, with stunning harbour views, high quality food and trendy cocktails, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their bustling kitchen brigade.

This venue is the place to be after work or on the weekends, to capture the best Sydney has to offer.  The kitchen is a well oiled machine, cranking out some serious numbers due to its popularity - however the kitchen runs smoothly, is well organised and the chefs love working here.

With a renowned Head Chef at the Helm, the food is simple but showcasing a top of the range gastro pub menu, made from the best produce available.  The kitchen is a good size, fitted with all the best gadgets and a great vibe that flows through the kitchen.  

The hours are fantastic, with only one double & 4 singles per week.  Being part of a major hospitality group, you will also have access to great career progression, excellent training and development and the opportunity to work for one of the best in the industry.
