The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career in hospitality. Someone with a fantastic attitude, customer service skills and versatility as you will need to work across the restaurant and bar. You will learn how to make cocktails, learn traditional foods, and assist team members with coordinating functions.

This rewarding 24 month traineeship opportunity will provide paid practical experience whilst completing a (fully paid) nationally recognised Certificate III in Hospitality. During this time, you will be working full-time across a 7 day weekly roster, with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Additional hours may be required and you will be rewarded with overtime and penalty rates.

  • Work effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
  • Adaptable to change and strong problem solving skills
  • Display initiative, manage and prioritise time and tasks effectively
