The Firm

Well regarded boutique law firm.  A generalist practice with a commercial focus.

THE ROLE

To be the Principal's "right hand".  This includes:-

  • Dairy and email management.
  • Client liaison.
  • Arranging conferences, meetings and functions.
  • Drafting wills, POA, leases and probate documents (under supervision).
  • Assisting with conveyancing matters.
  • Typing and drafting letters, emails and court documents.
  • Preparing briefs for counsel.
  • Billing.
  • General office administration.

YOU WILL HAVE

  • Law firm experience, ideally small firm and held a similar role.
  • Drafted and prepared documents in relation to family law, probate, wills, leasing and general commercial matters.
  • Briefed barristers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and have used legal software.
  • A fast and accurate typing speed.
