About the Opportunity

The City of Palmerston is seeking a committed and passionate individual to help to help deliver outstanding customer and people service. This specialist role oversees the day to day leadership of two teams, Human Resources and Customer Service. The Customer and People Lead works closely with the Manager People, Performance and Change to provide timely and specialist advice on a range of human resource management and employment related issues.

The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in human resources management or industrial relations or one of the social or behavioural sciences incorporating these fields. You will have practical experience in a human resources leadership role as well as experience directing and overseeing a customer services-based environment. You will be skilled at achieving positive outcomes with the ability to be adaptable and resilient to change.

About the Benefits

This position is on-going with full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) and is paid at Level 8 - ($101,406 - $106,344 + superannuation).
