Guest Service Agent - Full time Fixed Term (6 months)

Our rooms are a true home away from home for our guests, offering friendly service, comfortable self-contained accommodation and quality on-site facilities.

With a growing portfolio of 57 hotels, resorts and suites in destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, India, Qatar and Lebanon, come home to Oaks on your next holiday or business trip.

We are currently seeking a confident, professional & well organised Guest Service Agent to join the front office team on a full time 6 month fixed term basis. As the face of Oaks you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience from the point of reservation to departure by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will have:

  • Availability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday (between 6.00am and 11pm).
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
  • Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
  • The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks.
  • Confidence in dealing with guest queries and complaints.
  • Previous experience in a hotel/accommodation front office position is advantageous
