The Opportunity

Established in 1865 our client has a recently refurbished grand hotel with an inviting and family-friendly atmosphere. Famous for the bright open architectural design it's the perfect location to catch up with friends and family to enjoy a great selection of local wines, beers, and ciders as you bask in the views of Robertson Park or watch life go by on the main street.

They are seeking a Sous Chef to join their friendly and supportive team, in beautiful regional Orange, a city that offers you lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, wineries, and markets to explore. Living and working in Orange you can take advantage of the great schools, services, sporting grounds, and recreational parkland environment.


About You

For this position, you will need. 

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
  • Previous grill experience would be beneficial for this position.
