Anti Fraud Trainer

Become part of a high-performing team supporting this federal disability service agency remain fair and equitable. Your focus will be on raising the capability and awareness of fraud prevention across the organisation. 

As a Fraud and Compliance Facilitator and Content Developer your role is diverse and your activities will include:
  • Facilitating fraud and compliance education and awareness courses across internal and external stakeholder groups (main focus)
  • Researching and recommending applicable tools, software, practices and techniques regarding but not limited to the development of education and awareness material, including face to face and electronic training and awareness materials
  • Assisting to identify training gaps, and contributing to developing effective and scalable solutions to address them.
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Experience facilitating face to face group training 
  • Experienced in the development of learning materials
  • Knowledge of fraud/compliance environment desirable
  • A Government fraud qualification must be attained within 12 months of commencing in the role if the successful candidate does not currently have the qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

Please note: Interviewees will be required to deliver a 10 minute presentation on a topic of the candidate’s choice during the interview.
