A busy retail pharmacy chain in Perth requires the services of an administration/operation assistant to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business offering full time working hours and a friendly team environment.

This role offers a variety of responsibilities. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Respond to enquiries via email and phone
  • Data entry and database management
  • Processing invoices and receipting
  • General office duties.
  • Deliveries.
  • Goods inward/outward.
  • Maintaining neat and tidy warehouse.
  • Debtors - chasing payments and processing credit applications.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a small team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good phone manner and ability to correspond effectively via email.
  • Experience with MYOB is required.
  • Well organised and efficient with acute attention to detail.
  • Previous Administration experience.
  • Previous Retail pharmacy experience.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Debtors - chasing payments and processing credit applications.

Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
