A leading company located in Wangara within the Building / Tiling Industry seeks a highly motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to join their dynamic team, on a short term contract ( approximately 6 months ) as a fill in for a member on maternity leave.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering of incoming calls, Internal Sales to existing clientele over the phone, Data Entry and assistance in Stock Transfer Management, and communication with our Melbourne Head Office and Interstate Branches, while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism.

The successful applicant should possess:

  • Good Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Self Confidence
  • Excellent follow up and Customer Service Skills
  • A high level of motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Sound Computing Skills

Experience within the building industry would be beneficial, however additional product and data entry training will be provided.

Full Time hours of work 08:00 - 17:00

Monday - Friday
