Opportunity to join a blue collar organisation on a permanent part-time basis

Your new company
A National Trades and Service business based in Western Sydney require a HR Generalist to join their People and Culture team. The company have contracts with both public and private organisations and have a workforce that consists of permanent and casual employees.

Your new role

  • Work as part of a national P&C team of 12 being the standalone for NSW
  • Support 140 employees with HR Generalist duties
  • Provide support to management with ER/IR
  • Represent the company at FWC
  • Negotiate with unions on Enterprise Agreements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Worked previously in a blue collar organisation/ environment
  • Ideally 5 years experience within HR
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to speak with people at all levels
  • System knowledge in MS Office and Page Up
  • Ability to influence and negotiate confidently
