  • Full-time Receptionist Role (Monday-Friday 9am -5.30pm)
  • 3-Month probation
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB accounting software is essential:
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Office Administration/ Reception duties;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Answering incoming calls and directing these calls to the appropriate Manager;
  • Incoming and outgoing mail management;
  • Providing accounts support to the team, including data entry and office filing;
  • Providing administrative support for our Construction Team;
  • A high level of attention to detail and customer service orientation;
  • Professional, punctual and time efficient;
  • Well-presented and professional at all times;
