We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to support various Facilities Managers with everyday administrative tasks and invoice handling in accordance with procedures. Reporting primarily to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will need to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.

 

Please note that this role is part time, working 30 hours per week.

 

What this job involves

The Administration Officer will ensure all invoices are processed on behalf of the Facilities Managers for the client account and will also be a key point of contact for the Facilities Managers.

 

Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy:

  • Actively work to ensure that the accounts finance management responsibilities are meeting expectations
  • Working with regional finance team to match invoices and attend to any issues
  • Assist the facilities team with purchase orders and reporting
  • Assisting with updating site field manuals
  • Assist in any adhoc administration tasks for the facilities team

You're a confident self-starter with a can do attitude and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You have the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems effectively. These skills combined with your high level of communication, eye for detail and Microsoft skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role! A Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or a related field is preferred whilst a strong finance and accounts administration background is a must
