360 Business Development Manager / Recruiter

ARG Workforce Pty Ltd (ARG) is a leader in the provision of local and national recruitment services. We are a 100% Australian owned and operated recruiting agency, dedicated to delivering superior service with a personable approach. We have 45 staff operating across Australia, providing different levels of recruitment services in white collar/professional and labour hire sectors.

The Role

In a 360 business development role with ARG, you will have the opportunity and autonomy to operate across all industry sectors you prefer. Your primary focus will be in the white collar/professional space, although there is a huge opportunity to cross-sell blue collar business. You can also choose to deliver on all the positions you generate (360) or; if it’s high volume you may wish to pass them to our skilled recruiters.
 
We provide the infrastructure with full 24/7 access to our cloud based recruitment database and our own internal payroll and finance teams. This support enables you to do what you do best - recruitment!

We are committed to supporting you in the way that you do business. If you are a consistent high biller, looking to remove current desk restrictions or earnings limitations, then ARG could very well be the place for you! You will earn higher than industry standard commissions from your effort and placements. No qualifying targets, or complex KPI methods, it’s a basic principle of giving as much of the pie that's equitable for both parties!

Your Profile:
  • It is expected you are a results driven professional with a track record in white collar/professional agency recruitment (either temp or perm, or both)
  • Thrive on business development and building long term relationships
  • Pride in delivering client’s requirements with high standards of customer service
  • Passionate and hungry to achieve the goals you set yourself
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
