Business Administration Traineeship - Ringwood

MEGT Recruitment and Management Services currently has Traineeship position available for a motivated self starter who is passionate about completing a Certificate in Busines over a 12 month Traineeship contract.

As a Trainee you will complete a Certificate III in Business whilst gaining valuable hands on industry experience in a supportive environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Management of Government incentives
  • Support payroll team with general enquiries
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Data base management
  • Filing Duties
  • Assist team with administration tasks

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Good communication skills
  • Displays a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrates initiative at all times by proactively anticipating the professional requirements of clients and staff
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience in MS Office Suite
