The Position:

Within this role we have an exciting opportunity for a junior  bookkeeper all-rounder to join our ever growing practice.  This is 'not your run of the mill' position. Reporting to and working closely with our Practice Manager and senior bookkeeper, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and expand their exposure within a broad bookkeeping role.  Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable (data entry)
  • Project Invoicing
  • Management of Timesheets
  • Analysing project profitability reports
  • Analysing productivity reports
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • General administration
  • Preparation of fee proposals and variations

Within our practice responsibilities are shared amongst everyone so it is important to note that this position is a front of house position working as an integral part of the admin team.


Your Background:

Not your stereo typical bookkeeping person, you don't mind a role with plenty of variety. After completing your studies you've gained 2+ years' experience working within a similar bookkeeping all-rounder position. The thought of working within a close knit team excites you and because you consider yourself to a bit of a superstar on Xero, not to mention your excel skills are off the charts! Professional in both presentation and communication you enjoy working within a dynamic fast paced environment and have a keen interest for all things Architecture and Design.
