Temp Receptionist/Administrator

Temporary - ongoing part time position, immediate start

Very reputable organisation based in Macquarie Park has an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional Receptionist to join their busy and hardworking team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Working as part of this established and growing team your responsibilities within this varied role will include but not be limited to:

  • Reception duties including taking all incoming calls and managing site visitors
  • Dealing with all mail responsibilities
  • Updating contact lists and SharePoint site
  • Ordering catering
  • Assisting with mail-outs and other general admin as required
  • Identify and liaise with management on Facility Management issues
  • Accept deliveries for the office
  • Assist the HR team
  • Opportunity to learn and develop with the business

To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:

  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
