About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government.  We have a number of upcoming opportunities within Queensland Government across key departments. We are looking for reliable and professional Document Control Officers who are available immediately.

About the Role
This contract is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Document Controller. This role is based in Fortitude Valley, conveniently close to public transport. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday. The role is best suited to someone who is passionate about document control and possesses strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
  • High volume document management and tracking across multiple software systems
  • Assist with the wider team and their overflow of duties
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging working environment
  • Run reports and respond to operational audits of the document management
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions
  • Process internal and external mail within tight deadlines
  • Work alongside the technical team supporting them with any administrative duties
  • Attend and organise meetings, also taking minutes upon attendance
  • Utilise complete Microsoft suite of applications
About You
  • Previous document control experience supporting large teams or projects
  • Sound knowledge of excel is a MUST
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong and effective communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
