About the role
As the first point of contact for the business you will be an integral part of the team. The main role is the provision of support services to maximise the efficiency of the psychologists and to help provide an excellent customer experience. Meet and greet our clients, handle phone and online enquiries, liaise with referrers and take payments. Process online Medicare claims and HICAPS payments. Assist with managing appointments, diaries, and rescheduling clients. Help manage correspondence and word processing. Support the psychologists to care for their clients.
