Due to Company growth we are looking for talented UI / UX designers to join a collaborative team in producing stunning, user-centric products

You will be a creative thinker and someone who revels in working with (and being challenged by) a talented creative team on a range of portfolio quality projects. 

If you love the idea of working in UI/UX design and want to work on cutting-edge projects where you never quite know what challenge lays ahead or what ideas and concepts you are going to be asked to design, then this the role for you?

Based in the Melbourne CBD you will join talented designers who work collaboratively on each project to push the boundaries of what can be done creatively with UI design and UX. You will have a passion to push the envelope and deliver end to end experiences for the customer.

As a humanistic designer you will have excellent communications skills, be someone who is open minded and who takes into account the customer across all phases of the journey. This includes using customer insights and data in building a fantastic solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design process in product development team.  
  • Partner closely with technology, product, and business to find elegant but practical solutions to problems. 
  • Listen to and observe people, partnering with analytics and data using these insights to guide design decisions. 
  • Rapidly generate ideas turning them into multiple concepts, sketches and prototypes to test, inspire and communicate.  

As a designer you will ideally possess :

  • Confidence in designing using Lean and Agile ways of working with in a product team
  • The ability to apply Design Thinking and Human Centred Design in the design solution
  • Skills in creating deliverables for a compelling end-to-end experience
  • Knowledgable on best practice for web UI and interaction design
