ABOUT YOU

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the team and site operations, encouragement of mentoring and development.
  • Cost control and financial reporting.
  • Establish & maintain a safe work environment; ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to whilst maintaining a sustainable safety culture.
  • Initiate and implement project ideas to drive commitment to safety.
  • Ensuring Food Safety standards are met and adhered to.
  • Liaising with above unit management and support services.
  • Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships working across function, boarding and retail, striving for improvement.

ABOUT YOU

  • Manager with a strong focus on providing Great Food, Great People & Great Service.
  • Minimum 3 years operational management experience in a comparable environment.
  • Experienced with a high level of food hygiene and safety knowledge.
  • Experience in effectively managing food, labour costs and managing a budget.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
  • A strong desire to develop and contribute to the business.
