Customer Service

  • 2 to 4 week assignment | with potential to extend further

  • Close to Public Transport - 35 min bus journey from Town Hall Station

  • Monday – Friday | 8.30am - 4.15pm

  • $30 plus per hour + Super

This local government  department is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this well-established Customer Service team on a temporary basis with potential to extend further.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing inbound enquiries 

  • Supportive Customer Service team within a inbound call centre environment to the members of the public

  • General administrative duties such as data entry and responding to email enquiries

Essential requirements of the role:

  • Ability to handle high volume inbound calls

  • Have intermediate working knowledge use of MS Office

  • Working with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
