Data Administration Officer


About the role

The Data Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality and accurate data entry, clerical support and other administrative and customer service duties.

This is a casual role, with work available across various Navitas English sites in Sydney on an as-needed basis.

The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:

Essential:

  • Ability to use student management systems
  • Highly accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Demonstrated high-quality telephone customer service skills
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
  • Able to remain clear and focused under pressure
  • Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches relevant to our clients and external stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Prior use of government program client data bases
  • Bi-lingual skills
  • Previous experience in the education industry
