Senior Customer Experience Consultant

About You and the Position
The Senior Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for engaging, communicating and implementing strategies within UnitingSA and the wider community. In this exciting position, you will be an integral member within the Strategy and Service Improvement team working in alignment with UnitingSA values. The successful candidate will have experience delivering brand, communications, and marketing, consumer engagement and public relations services to a wide range of stakeholders.


List of key responsibilities:

  • Review and assess current market segments as described in the Our Brand Action Plan and development of actions to facilitated consumer engagement, targeted marketing campaigns and business development activities.
  • Coordinate and deliver reputation management initiatives to UnitingSA properties, including proactively identifying and escalating emerging and sensitive public relations and communication issues.
  • Manage public awareness of the role, functions, services, programs and achievements of the strategic policy objectives through sound management of public relations functions and services
  • Demonstrate well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Assist in the strategic decision-making and organisational transformation activities of the organisation.
  • Support the development of media stories, social and political trends to identify potential issues for potential community engagement.

 

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • Current DCSI Screening Clearance and National Police Clearance – essential
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with evidence of successful stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful projects
