Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant | 7+ Months Contract

The Company
  
An exciting new role has arisen for a growing large business within the Kings Park Hills District. This business is looking to appoint a Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant to support with day to day financial transactions on a PT basis  of 24 hours p/week over 3, 4 or 5 days per week at hours that suit you.
  
The Job
  
You will be responsible for assisting the day to day activities of the AP/AR  person with a hands on focus to ensure all accounting and financial functions are accurate and completed in a timely manner. You will take responsibility for accounting functions up to Trial Balance, Payroll, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, GL maintenance and more.
  
The Candidate
  
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant looking for your next opportunity on a part-time basis. You will have previous experience using MYOB or XERO or any other system and will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
