Finance & Administration Officer
Our Client is a global Engineering Consultancy with friendly, professional offices based in the North Sydney area.  This hands-on and autonomous position will see you handling National Finances and overseeing Administration for the Sydney team.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:-
  • Reviewing and scheduling suppliers monthly payments
  • Assisting employees with time sheets, payroll & expense queries
  • Processing employees expenses
  • Processing rent
  • Updating cash flow report and monitoring expenditure
  • Issuing P&L reports to Head Office 
  • Assisting with debt collection
  • Reviewing asset register for any disposals & write-offs
  • Lodge income tax return
To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing Finance and Administration in a small to medium business environment. Experience within Engineering / Construction or similar Professional Services (Consultancy) would be highly regarded and any prior use of Deltek Vision software would be looked upon favourably.

Recognised Accounting qualifications are essential as is Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills.  CPA is ideal but not essential.

Most importantly you will have the ability to work autonomously and be passionate about working within a highly motivated team of Consultants. 

A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated commensurate with experience. The position is to commence ASAP and our Client would like someone who can commit up until Christmas and potentially through to January 2020.
