Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

City of Sydney’s Corporate Partnerships team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to undertake the preparation, planning and implementation of sponsorship activations at events presented and produced by the City, including Sydney New Year’s Eve, Sydney Lunar Festival and Sydney Christmas.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have demonstrated event management experience within the cultural and creative sector;
  • confidently plan and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience working in an agency environment on brand activations is also an advantage.
