Bookkeeper | Data Entry Officer

Our client is a successful firm who specialises in the building product industry. Based in Norwest, the Manager is seeking a temporary finance administration professional to assist with an overflow of work and to support their busy, thriving team. 

The key responsibilities include: 
  • Data entry ( 70% of your day) - inputing of invoices, manual spreadsheet work, checking purchase line items and entering invoice numbers
  • AP and AR Duties 
  • Bookkeeping tasks 
  • General admin tasks as required 
The skills and experience we are looking for: 
  • Experienced in using MYOB - essential 
  • A good attention to detail and data entry skills 
  • Similar experience in a finance/bookkeeping role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a flexible approach to your work
Initially a 3-4 month contract, there is potential for the role to be extended. 
If you have suitable experience and enjoy providing support this could be the role for you.
