Junior Administration Clerk ( Legal) - Traineeship - Balwyn

We have an exciting opportunity for those looking to complete a Business Traineeship!

We are on the look out for motivated, committed and reliable talent - People who are wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.

Position Purpose

The Business Administration Trainee has responsibility for providing administrative support to the office; including core Reception duties, adhoc support to the Administration and Shared Services Teams, with the objective of ensuring the office and practice as a whole runs smoothly.

What will you be doing?

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Reception duties
  • Book meetings
  • Mail duties
  • Banking duties
  • Opening new client files
  • Order office amenities and stationery
  • Assist staff with filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, printing
  • Assisting staff with general administration tasks

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Understaning of Xero
  • Knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel at a minimum
  • Understanding of Cloud systems and document storage
  • Polite, friendly and well mannered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Great attention to detail
  • A positive attitude towards work and learning
  • Team player
