About the role:
We are currently seeking Production Operators at our Coppabella Mine. Our Coppabella Moorvale mine complex consists of two open-cut mine operations located approximately 140 kilometers southwest of Mackay that produce premium low-volatile pulverised coal (LV-PCI) for export markets.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be an effective team player; have strong safety and risk management focus; and strong communication skills.
This position is offered on a 7/7 day / night rotating roster on 12 hour shifts and can allow for a residential, DIDO or FIFO lifestyle.
Successful candidates for this role will have a mining competency with a proven track record in safety and production for Electrical and Mechanical Trucks. Preferably any combination of Komatsu 830E, CAT785/CAT789/CAT793, Liebherr T282, Hitachi EH4000.
