Student Services Officer

Acknowledge Education provides quality education to international and domestic students delivering a range of courses from Vocational to Bachelor, ELICOS and VCE.

We are seeking a positive energetic team member with mature outlook to work as a Receptionist and Student Services Officer.

The Student Services Officer is the frontline 'face' of the company. The role is critical in providing friendly, informative and accurate information to students. A key member of the student support team, this person is the first point of call for all queries and is a focal point of the company's customer care and retention program.

Working closely with Program Heads, Management, Marketers & Admin, this role is responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining a busy reception


• Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to: general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments and visa requirements

• Provide administration support to the all departments, as required

The successful candidate will have the following attributes;
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional Presentation
• Ability to multi task
• An understanding of the challenges many non-Australian students face when living and working abroad
• Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational & planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & other software programs
