Scheduler / Rostering Officer

- Unique opportunity to work across a 7 day roster 

- Morning and afternoon shifts available 

- Full time and part time hours on offer 

 

Use your exceptional rostering abilities to schedule Support Workers for this fast growing supportive Not for Profit organisation. 

 

Role Overview 

Due to the recent growth our client is now seeking an experienced Rostering Officer to assist with proactive and reactive scheduling to maintain a busy schedule.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with support workers and clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with support workers and clients
  • Create scheduling plans to meet client needs
  • Ensure all leave is covered including last minute sick leave requests

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A professional and confident phone manner
  • Strong experience using Excel
  • A passion for helping others with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Be able to prioritise tasks whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Upbeat, empathetic and friendly nature
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in an environment where priorities can regularly change
  • Experience in an allied setting is advantageous
  • Current police clearance or willingness to obtain is essential
