APS3 Registration Officer

You will join a large growing and well known federal government organisation with a noble cause to support their customers, families and carers. You will be working in a beautifully corporate office in Penrith on a full time basis. Your team are all like minded, hardworking individuals with a supportive manager who will provide outstanding training to set you up for success.

Your new team:

The Registration Branch is responsible for registering and regulating providers. The Branch performs a wide range of activities, all designed to develop a diverse vibrant and high quality market supporting participants.

The Branch provides education, guidance and best practice information to providers to support compliance with registration requirements. As part of its market oversight function, the Branch will monitor changes in the market and make observations about gaps, risks and opportunities.

Your new role:

  • Communicating with a broad range of NDIS providers, offering support and advice in
  • helping them understand their registration obligations.
  • Assessing applications for provider registration and recommending a decision to the delegate.
  • Consider trends and issues in provider registration and actively work across the
  • Commission to connect intelligence to identify risks.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and guidance material for internal and
  • external audiences.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • general administrative support
  • working in a regulatory context
  • working in the disability service sector
