Client Relations Manager

The successful candidate will possess excellent relationship building skills, a solid approach to pricing and contract negotiation, in addition to knowledge of the intricacies of the travel industry.

Reporting to the Head of Client Strategy, this role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining value-based relationships with key clients.
  • Analysis of client reports and offering solutions and cost saving initiatives.
  • Acting as the clients' key contact for all service level challenges.
  • Management of new client implementations.
  • Superior portfolio management in order to understand the clients' business and identify new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous Operations Management or Client Relations Management experience.
  • Highly developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Travel industry knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building high quality and profitable relationships.
