Finance Officer / Bookkeeper
An immediate requirement has become available for experienced Senior Finance Officer / Bookkeeper for a 12-month FTC. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst maintaining a high accuracy level. You will be working for a well-known organisation which is well known across WA. 


Duties:
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Creditors 
  • Daily banking & general ledger reconciliations
  • Monthly trial balance
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting as required
  • Weekly end to end payroll for 100+ staff

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Experience using a large ERP system 
  • Payroll experience 
  • Competent use of MS Office
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively autonomously
