Administration Assistant - 8 week Contract - $27/hr+S

*Short term contract with the possibility of extension

A opportunity to join a leading household name in the Sydney market at a Consulting Group. This is a wonderful chance for candidates seeking temporary work to add quality experience to their CV. 

 

This Administration Assistant will be supporting the HR division of the company. You will be a vital asset to the team as they are looking for someone who can come in and relieve some of the work load. Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager, your duties will include:

 

  • Compiling paperwork and archiving
  • Helping with the induction of newstarters
  • Being the first point of contact for staff members
  • Liaising with staff members for any projects they require assistance with
  • Assisting the broader Administration team with their duties
  • Covering reception during lunch breaks

 

To be successful in this role you will need to be dynamic, dedicated and be someone with a bubbly and social personality. You will also need to be able to commit to the full eight weeks. WHV's are welcome to apply!
