We are currently seeking a Temp Administration for Invoicing and general office duties for a Civil/Construction company in the Ballarat Area to start ASAP.

This position will be Casual Temp 3 days per week with the first week being a full 5 day week. We are seeking someone who can be flexible and may be required to attend other offices for meetings etc. also.

We are seeking the following skills

  • Min 2 years experience in Administrative duties 
  • Invoicing & Contractor paperwork experience
  • General Admin work, Emails, Calenders etc.
  • A great communicator & Great team player
  • Own transport & D/L
  • Able to work 3 days per week ongoing as required.
