What we are looking for:
We are looking for motivated and committed individual who is determined to provide an outstanding customer experience and are looking to grow and develop within our organisation.

The successful applicant will have a background in Customer Service and Reception. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and taking messages when required
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, face to face, over the phone and via email
- Provide assistance with word processing and general administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Team Leader as required
- Help prepare rooms for meetings and ensure a high standard of presentation is maintained at all times
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Assisting Customer Service Department when required
Key Skills and Attributes:
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Previous Customer Service and/or Reception experience
- Well presented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to multi task & work under pressure
