Key Account Manager NSW North

THE OPPORTUNITY

Camp Australia has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager NSW North. You will be responsible for customer care: nurturing existing partnerships with schools to retain and grow on these relationships, ensuring that we can continue to deliver our world-class OSHC services and make kids smile!

You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship at each partner school, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, whilst pursuing opportunities to grow our premium offerings and increase value. Through an exceptional customer experience, you will ensure that these schools remain engaged with the positive work we do and remain Camp Australia partners!

DUTIES

  • Manage a portfolio of relationships with key school contacts
  • Ensure effective engagement by Camp Australia with schools, communities and families
  • Identify opportunities to grow our suite of offerings with existing partners
  • Be the key Camp Australia representative in re-negotiations
  • Utilise any feedback received to improve the quality of Camp Australia services

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Business or Childcare qualification desirable
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with school stakeholders
  • Financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal personality.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated work environment in the education or child care sector
