Front Line Customer

You will have strong Front line Customer service experience with Microsoft and TRIM experience – ideally a similar government role. The role is until the 29/11/19, so a great fill-in role.

  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Review, assess and accurately process the eligibility of applications for NSW Government programs.  
  • Escalate complex customer or program delivery issues to senior team members.
  • Input and verify data accurately into systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Undertake other administrative and support functions as required to support the team operations, for example, provide support for developing and implementing training sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to provide high-quality outcomes in a demanding frontline customer service environment.
  • Must consistently demonstrate sound judgment when dealing with enquiries, and a high determination to deliver first-class customer service to clients.

    Candidates will need to be proficient with Microsoft suite and records management software eg. CM9.
