Description

This role is a valued position as you will be representing the organisation as the first point of call for all clients. Duties include:

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls (300+ per day), directing them to the appropriate internal contacts;
  • Provide impeccable customer service to clients visiting reception;
  • Take simple payments and issuing documents to clients;
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Manage reception area, boardroom and meeting rooms;
  • Maintain stationery and inventory;
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash

Profile

The successful candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. You will thrive within a busy environment and be able to deliver an engaging and friendly experience for the valued clientele
