About the business
An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced practice manager to fulfil our senior management role in this leading orthopaedic practice. The role is for a team leader who is able to form effective and strong relationships with our dedicated and professional existing staff members.
About the role
A fusion of administrative, practice management and nursing responsibilities will enable the successful candidate to experience the enjoyment of patient contact by optimising the patient experience through this supported senior administrative management role.
Skills and experience
Applicants will have experience in practice management, including administration, directing day to day work flow, providing team support, bookings and billing knowledge, marketing, editing and proofing, as well as exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written – to assist with resolution management required to run our practice.
Exceptional IT and computer skills are required as we are purely a GENIE software clinic. You will be experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint allowing your tech-savy and creative attributes to assist with the clinic's development of electronic apps and web based marketing material and information.
To compliment this, as a desired preference we require an administrator with a nursing back ground, either RN1 or RN2, who is highly knowledgeable in the field of orthopaedics.
This could be either general nursing, the operating theatre or research, allowing you to be able to assist, inform, and answer any patient queries that may arise.
All applications must include both your current resume and a supporting cover letter describing the above key selection criteria.
We look forward to hearing from you.
